In Limburg, there is an aerial church.
The construction of this church took place in 2011. The dome is approximately ten metres tall from bottom to top. Steel components were used as building materials for the temple. Horizontal metal plates are stacked to provide a solid from one angle and a semi-transparent openwork silhouette from another. The church appears to be hovering in midair.
