Tibetan cat

This breed, also known as the Colorpoint Persian, resembles a Persian cat in appearance but differs from it in that it has blue eyes and colorpoint markings (a light body and dark face, feet, ears, and tail). Because of its rotund body and small legs, it has a harder time jumping as high as other cats can. There are two varieties of this cat: doll-faced and peke-faced (which tend to have faces that look more compressed). In the US, Himalayan cats first arrived in 1950.Himalayan cats have a calm disposition and are gentle, submissive, and friendly. Although they often have white fur, they can also have black, blue, lilac, chocolate, and red fur. Because both parents must possess this color gene and because it is a recessive feature, it is more challenging to create the chocolate and lilac colors.
