Several ridiculous regulations from the previous century still stand today in many different countries. Most of them are really outdated and might not apply now. While some of them were based on case law, others lacked a logical justification.

The state government has made the decision to enact a specific statute in order to stop the introduction of lawsuits that are comparable.
