Like many others on this list, this amateur baker made the same mistake. When the cake was posted online, many thought the melted version looked like Homer Simpson, so there may be some hope to salvage the cake. But if this was being made for a Minion-themed party, then we can only pray for whoever was behind this mistake.

Baking techniques have advanced enough to make cakes like this easy. You could just print out an edible picture or use various sculpting techniques to create an Ariel cake by hand, but that would take a lot of time.

They’re also such a simple dish that you wonder how one could ever mess them up. Maybe this person had an unfortunate incident and accidentally flipped over the plate containing the eggs because that seems like the only viable answer for this.
