You have a super important meeting in an hour, but you also have a splitting headache. You’re sitting in the dentist’s chair and your stomach suddenly decides to rebel. Luckily, there are lots of useful tricks that can help you cope with them and quickly get your body under control.

1. Treat a headache by massaging your big toe.
