12. Maximum Height Lava Can Achieve

Found in Hawaii, Eastern. Price: not specified
Lava jets have the potential to soar up to 1,000 feet, or the height of the Empire State Building in New York City. When lava, which is molten rock ejected from the interior of the earth, erupts, “fire fountains” are produced.
The height to which lava can rise
2,200 degrees Fahrenheit are reached by these fire fountains. Although touching lava for a brief period of time won’t instantly kill you (why would you want to do that? ), doing so would be deadly. Because even a tiny bit of lava would result in a painful burn, Hawaii and other nations have shut off their more active volcanoes.
