15. Cat with Rusty Spots

Found in: Eastern Sri Lanka and India.
Price: Not specified
Due to its declining population, the rusty-spotted cat—the smallest and rarest cat species in the world—is categorized as a “vulnerable” species of animal. Their bodies can only develop up to a maximum of 20 inches, even at full maturity.

Approximately half the size of a typical house cat, they are. Even though they share many characteristics with leopards, like their spots and ears, they appear far less menacing due to their small stature. Although the species is not very dangerous, it does exhibit the typical wild cat aggression.
