It makes sense that mice will have almost microscopic offspring because they are not huge creatures themselves. These newborns weigh the same as a sheet of paper and are about the size of a quarter when they are born.


Moreover, they are frequently called “pinkies” due to the fact that their infant bodies are completely hairless. Even though baby rats are only an inch larger than mice, they are nevertheless regarded as being very little at birth. Either way, it’s a good thing these rodents are little because they can be a pain in the ass.
