It’s Individual
Everybody has had moments when they have completely forgotten about their baggage, or, for the more irresponsible among us, have forgotten what their luggage looks like when it comes around the luggage conveyer. This man was the guilty party in both cases, so his buddies sent him a bag with his picture printed on it to make sure he didn’t have another luggage mishap. That is just too much, so let’s hope he never forgets about it again.
